Lancement des travaux de construction du remorqueur "Awkar" dans la ville d'Izmit, en Turquie
Le signal de départ des travaux de construction du nouveau remorqueur maritime "Awkar", d’une puissance de 4 318 chevaux, a été donné aujourd’hui au chantier naval UZMAR, dans la ville turque d’Izmit, en présence du Directeur Général du Port Autonome de Nouakchott, M. Sidi Mohamed Maham, et du Directeur de la Capitainerie.
Lors de la cérémonie, à laquelle ont assisté des dizaines d’ouvriers et de responsables du chantier, le Président-Directeur Général du chantier, M. Ahmed Noyan Altuk, a réaffirmé son engagement à respecter les termes du marché, appelant les équipes à faire preuve de professionnalisme et de persévérance tout au long des 12 mois que durera la construction.
Pour sa part, le Directeur Général du Port de Nouakchott a exprimé sa gratitude pour l’accueil chaleureux qui lui a été réservé, saluant la compétence du chantier et exprimant sa confiance dans la qualité du travail après avoir pris connaissance des détails du projet. Il a insisté sur la nécessité de respecter scrupuleusement les engagements contractuels dans les délais impartis.
La cérémonie s’est clôturée par la coupure du ruban, marquant ainsi le lancement officiel des travaux.
