Land plots in the port area
Port lands are assigned or leased to companies that meet the criteria set by the granting committee of the guardianship authority (Ministry of Equipment and Transport). These companies undertake to respect the terms of the book of commitments in terms of preparation, reclamation, and environmental protection, within a specified period of time.
The port places offices or warehouses, according to lease contracts, at the disposal of companies operating in maritime activity. The rental of plots of land and buildings is priced according to the area in square meters annually.
